[PVRCNC] 2013 SS

Jim,
I also got a 'participation certificate' for 2013 Phone SS. I was
quite puzzled since I know I didn't win anything. I was behind W4MR
and N1LN in NC on SOUHP. The certificate just has my score, section
and category. Oh, and a Clean Sweep sticker. Too bad it was round and
not a star, but it WAS gold!
What makes this a little more sad to me is that this is only the
second SS certificate I've ever received. The other was for a LP
Phone win in VA back in 1979 - my first SS. At least I won something
for that one. (I'm assuming that must have been one of PVRC's lulls
in SS activity. No way I can win a section now days.)
