[PVRCNC] N1MM help

MM has a setting: config, configure ports, other, use CW reverse. This is
per radio. This stops flipping CW modes clicking on spots. Radios with two
receivers often save filters and modes per receiver, and this murks up
things. But these settings are in the *radio*, not MM, and require going
into that particular radio's menu and subject to that radio's possible
options. I started to write an MM macro that sent "restore" settings to the
radio, but I never got it to work.

One MM spot characteristic is turning off the K3 diversity with any spot,
which drives me batty in 160 contests. I'll have to switch to MM+ and see
if it does anything better. MM itself probably isn't going to change any
more. All the development is in MM+.
