[PVRCNC] AB-577 edited manual

I have recently downloaded the official military tech manual for the popular 
AB-577 ("Rocket Launcher") mast. The original is some 74 pages with a large 
percentage being bureaucratic necessities and irrelevant detail, photographs 
and packing instructions.

However, to use an AB-577 safely, it is important to understand the correct 
layout, guying dimensions, and launching techniques.

For my own use I have edited this down to the key points for this mast and 
the optional extension kit, inserted handwritten explanatory notes, etc. 
which results in only 15 pages for printing and saving trees.

With Field Day coming up and many of these units being pressed into service 
I thought others might find this useful as well as providing information and 
guidance for volunteers and "newbies".
