[PVRCNC] [PVRC] North Carolina state antenna regulations?

As best as I know, it's the usual FAA stuff regarding airports, and a
variable patchwork of local zoning boards, plus covenants on land. Not
aware of any state level stuff.

At the time I built my tower, my zoning authority was Wake County, because
I'm not on incorporated land.  They didn't even require a permit for a
tower. Across US 64, in Abingdon development, permit from Apex, NC, and
non-forthcoming approval from HOA.

Moving to NC?
