[PVRCNC] Final CQ WW SSB Scores on 5M Database

The final scores for CQ WW SSB have been uploaded to the 5M database.  Let
me know if you see anything wrong with your score.  A couple of people
operated in both a Multi-Op and again from their own home station.  In
those cases, you received the higher of the two scores.

I've also updated the current season standings so the 2013-2014 season is
now the current season.
