This carbon based unit will report on a 10 county mobile expedition during
NCQP. Unfortunately, I couldn't round up a second at the last minute to
drive the car so I could operate mobile safely and effectively handle the
pileups. Parking to operate negatively affects rate. Problem solved for next
year:

Actually, the plan is to combine remote technology and send the car--and the
radio--to cover even more counties. One last problem still remains to be
solved--avoiding K4PQL busted calls!
