[PVRCNC] IARU WRTC "Circle"?

Hi Barry -

Contests all have different rules re: circle (basically, by sponsor).

In the case of IARU, there is no Club competition- a big reason PVRC does
not include it in our 5M events.

You can always submit as "Potomac Valley Radio Club" but other than PVRC
hosting 2013 HQ W1AW/4 and NU1AW/3, IARU is not a club event.
