I live near Southport, well outside the PVRC "circle" for ARRL 'tests. Before submitting my results form the IARU contest I was wondering if they have a club competition and a "circle" to go with it. I could not find it in their rules so I'm planning to submit my club as PVRC. Can anyone confirm that's OK (or Not)? Livin' Outside the Circle, 73, Barry K6RM
