[PVRCNC] 13 colonies

I am pleased to report that North Carolina came in #1 in this year's 13 
Colonies Special Event, with over 9,000 total QSO's made during the 4th 
of July week.  The K2J team included PVRC members Jack W0UCE, Nate 
N4YDU, Wes K4WES, Marty W4MY and Marc W4MPS.  In addition, Nate N4YDU 
will be receiving the Paul Copeland Award as Top Operator in the Low 
Power Class for the event.  This year, 13 Colonies logged over 82,000 
QSO's, which is an incredible 25% increase over last year.  Well done !
