[PVRCNC] Cable modem RFI

Whenever I get a real live 'tech" out to the house, I ask for the local
managers number (after I blow them away with my technical expertise, LOL).
 I have Charter, and just call right into the manager without going through
the "call in number".  I usually give him outage information before he even
gets the calls.
