[PVRCNC] Centennial SSB activity

Ok, I have re-done schedules for SSB and CW per a note from Rob.
A few conflicts where I may have moved times, but there should be ample
slots to horse trade- only catch being that if you go into
ARRL as owner of a slot, even tho you traded it, you are still the owner.
Just keep good ADIF of your operation and qsp to me at weeks end.
I added a few early slots for K9EZ on CW.
If operators could forward me their landlines, I probably need to give them
to ARRL re:if there is a complaint/duplicate operation/etc.
But, from experience, I know they try to email you first.
