In preparation for a repeat of the Iron Butt (conveniently matches my
head) I've begun my training regime of marathon viewings of Downton Abbey
on Netflix (I can almost stay awake through one episode already). I'm also
going for weekly Novacaine shots in both gluteus maxima. That's right. I'm
juicing.

My training regime to prepare for Sunday afternoon is to listen to 160m
static at full volume while banging my head against a brick wall. In
preparation for 75m and 20m phone, I'm listening to speed metal at full
volume while trying to write down the lyrics.

Can't wait!
