[PVRCNC] New deadline for CQ-Contests -- starting with the CQ WW SSB

Already got my logs submitted for CQWW SSB, CQWW CW and both Sweepstakes.
My error rate is up a bit, but that's what happens when you make a 5x
increase in Qs. I'm sorry the rest of you did so poorly.

PS. K1DG did not win the Poisson d'Avril contest ONE year.  He sold it to
the highest bidder. That is known as the year of the "Chicago" contest.
