[PVRCNC] Suggestions to stir up Sweepstakes passion?

Howie,
I doubt the folks that are likely to get a section high score need much
motivation. I would suggest awarding the most improved score or the highest
score from anyone that didn't submit a score last year.
I can also sponsor a 1 year subscription so we can have multiple awards.
