[PVRCNC] Tower

I have a problem with my tower. My tilt over winch brake didn't work and let go when the tower was
about 10 ft from the ground. Well the top section is bent at about the rotor plate and the very top
plate with the thrust bearing is bent and cross pieces have cracked welds. The mfg will supply the
parts. 

 

I need somebody that can straighten it and do very fine TIG welding. Any suggestion?
