[PVRCNC] Sweeps

Was able to operate a little longer than I thought I could originally. 
So decided on "U" instead of usual "A". That helped me snag a sweep. 
Same as CWSS, ran low power and just a W5GI wire antenna at about 40 
ft.  So, I was happy with the results. Had fun learning more about my 
FT-950 which I rarely use on phone. Had to stay off 40 on Sunday 
however. I was loud and clear into my neighbor's computer speakers on 
that band.
