Comments:

I was out of town until Sunday evening. Got on in last 6 hours "fresh meat" mode to make some club points. Lots of fun
as the rate was quite good. Never heard NL so I finished with 79 mults. Funny story with VY1EI. Instead of spending 15 minutes in a pileup, I heard him calling CQ on 15m with no takers. Worked him first call on second radio. After going back to 20m run frequency I saw to my horror that somehow the VY1EI QSO had disappeared from the log. I guess I had made some kind of unknown blunder. I had to go back and find him and then explain why I was duping him! Even when VY1 is easy I had made it hard!

It would be nice if the rate would hold out like this for the entire contest. Let's see - that works out to over 2600 QSOs. Now THAT would be a fun contest. Nice to see all the PVRCers on. It will be an interesting battle with NCCC. Lots of W6s on all over the place...
