[PVRCNC] SS Practice/PVRC Net

Anyone not on PVRC reflector, this will be going out shortly--

PVRC SSB Net at Thursday 9:30 local time, followed by our SS warmup at
10:00pm, followed by joining NCCC's warmup at 10:30! Freq = 3806+
SS warmup typically centers around 040, lower on 80m.

note: if you miss thurs, there should be a smaller warmup on Friday at 22:30.
IMPORTANT that everyone checkout the rig, antennas, and software BEFOREHAND !!
