[PVRCNC] SS 2009 results

Yeah, yeah, SS 2009 is, like, SO last year. It's old news. But hey, 
it's only 8 months until SS 2010!

Looking over the Top Ten boxes, it was striking how well PVRC did in 
the phone contest, especially versus the cw contest. Perhaps phone is 
the key to our success? (I know 'UCE is groaning now...probably a 
couple of others, too). Anyway, PVRC really dominated on phone. On cw, 
not so much, at least going by our Top Ten finishes.
