[PVRCNC] North American QSO Party (NAQP)

It has been traditional in the contesting community to honor fallen
contesting heroes by substituting the name of the SK for your own in the
NAQP exchange. It is especially difficult this time around as we have lost
so many fine contesters and PVRC members since the August NAQP.

I would urge as many PVRC'ers as possible to get on for both the CW and SSB
parties (CW is this weekend). Select a name that has special meaning for you
and proudly use it in your exchange. More info:
