[PVRCNC] January 2010-NC East Chapter meeting

The NC East chapter will hold its regular meeting for January on 
Thursday January 7th.  It will be at its regular time - 6:00pm until 
whenever.   It will be at the regular Leesville road Manchesters', so 
hopefully no one will get lost trying to find the meeting QTH.

Thanks to K4WES for doing enough bit-fiddling to determine the claimed 
score totals for Sweepstakes.  If we don't get beaten down in log 
checking, it is looking like PVRC may again be picking up the club 
competition gavel.  It looks like a lot of folks improved upon their 
scores from 2008.

There is an opening for the slot of replacement interim paper contest 
miester.  Thanks to N4TL and W0UCE for providing some intriguing tests 
of trivia and minutia.  If someone wishes to step up to keep the contest 
going, please contact KA1ARB.  If the position has already been filled , 
we'll then know who to pester next time!
