w0uce at nc.rr.com - Asking prices are deemed fair and reasonable.  

 

The first e-mail received with asking price or "near asking price" will be
considered "the buyer."  Buyers will be notified by return e-mail with
payment information and shipping cost - please include your address so
shipping costs can be determined.
