[PVRCNC] PVRC-NC East Meeting - Tonight!

Heh, I am actually going to make one for once!  Looking forward to the
camaraderie and tip sharing.  Getting the station closer to operation for
SS.... beam built but on the ground, tower being put together, cutting
ground radials, assembling low dipoles,  and computer already running.....
