[PVRCNC] Stuff needed

It's not often my junkbox draws a blank. I do have some pieces of telephone cable but wouldn't wish them on you. I just pulled it and installed heavier stuff to try and hold full voltage for my six-pak and various relays.
Fyi and for the others, there is a Rat Shack at Briar Creek near Manchesters if all else fails...

Another tip. HD and Lowes sell 4 cond #18 solid direct burial cable at abt $85 for 500 ft. Called sprinkler cable. I needed 100 ft runs so cut it up and got 20 poles which was enough for sixpak, ameritron box and N-W beverage box by using common ground. Not as flexible as stranded but HD stuff for relays etc and cheaper than a lot of alternatives.

Cu Thurs.

Subject: [PVRCNC] Stuff needed

I'm probably committing the unpardonable sin of trying to get ready for SS before Saturday afternoon! Everyone knows that antennas put up hours or minutes prior to a contest always work better :>)

Nevertheless, I need some stuff to get ready if anyone has the following laying around in their junkbox that they would sell me. I can pick it up at Thursday nights' club meeting.

~75' 6-conductor cable - Can be small gauge wire as I'm using it for switching relays - low current

~75' RG58 or RG8X with PL259s

Cable or adapter - BNC to a PL259 or SO239

30A Anderson powerpole connectors with 5'-7' insulted wire (10-12 AWG)

Tnx/73,

Will AA4NC/W4MR
