[PVRCNC] [PVRC] Call History update

Will makes a critically important point.
Everyone (esp prefills) needs to know how to type corrections in the
exch window.
Possibly most critical is a number correction where the original
number is two digits (logger wants to think it is a CHECK).

Also, what does your logger accept for NWT, etc ?
