[PVRCNC] WUNC-DT update

Wellllllll they are very high gain antennas. But -- Just My Humble opinion
- What were they doing for the past couple of years that prevented them from
having an decent antenna on the top like every other broadcaster??

And yes as broadcasters, we do lower the power for the crews. Most crews
carry RF detectors so they know when they are at their limit of RF exposure.
