[PVRCNC] Sweepstakes Tip for N1MM

I used N1MM logger last year and edited the exchange window when starting
the contest. 
This was in File/open log in database. After the contest the Cabrillo file
had to be edited. 

I found the information below on the Internet so this year the Cabrillo
file should be correct.
I edited it a little bit from what I found.

Re: [N1MM] SS Setup 

The # and * go in your function keys, NOT in the exchange window. If
you put anything other than your precedence, check and section (B 59
QC) in the exchange window, your Cabrillo file will be bad. Note
that the instructions right in the setup window say SS: A 56 EMMA -
just follow that example.

Anywhere you have {exch} in your current function key set, replace
it with # B * 59 QC . The {exch} macro is not useful in SS.

[the * will be changed to your call when CW is sent]
