[PVRCNC] SS CK question

One thing to think about when picking a check is that if the callsign
has ever been used in SS before, the check will be stored in logging
software Call History files.  If you change the check, some people will
not catch it since it just "pops right up" in the logging window. I
would advise sticking with the check associated with the callsign rather
than the operator for that reason.
