[PVRCNC] Ameritron AL-82 wire conversion question

Anyone ever convert a Ameritron AL-82 from the original 3 wire Nema 6-15p to
a 4 wire Nema 14-30p or other 4 wire connector?  Since the original AL-82
wiring uses only Black, White and Ground and my house 240v uses Black, Red,
White, and Green, how do you handle the the Green (ground) and White
(neutral) wires?

 

The goal is to wire the amp for SS this weekend without destroying the amp
and/or burning the house down.
