[PVRCNC] TR for windows

For those of you still pining away for the features of TR.....

UA3DPX has "TR4W", which sounds like his conversion of TR for Windows. 
It sounds like he got N6TR's source as a base for the project.

Its "free", i.e., I make no claims that it is not full of virus' and 
other nefarious spyware added by Comrades down at the NKVD.  Your guess 
is as good as mine.

It appears to still be the beta test version........
