[PVRCNC] Lowe's $10 coupons

At last, I'm ready to build my dream house components for about 53% of 
what I would otherwise spend (figuring 7% for my uncles NC and USA). 
Just have to find a way to get a Kenyan runner with my plastic to buy 
the house parts $25.01 at a time in ten days. Lowes: Grease up your 
coupon dispensers!!
