[PVRCNC] Lowe's $10 coupons

The Lowes here is issuing $10 coupons.  They are good for any purchase 
over $25.

Found out by accident.  Bought a roll of Scotch 33.  The register issued 
the coupon.

Went back in the store and bought an $25+ item and cashed the coupon.   
The register spit out another coupon.
There appears to be no "limit one to a family" or other such restrictions.

They are good till the 25th.

Perhaps all Lowes are doing this.
