[PVRCNC] Rotor probs?

You think you have problems with your rotor.

I just got a QSL card showing Radio Bulgarias antenna array.  It's two 
towers about >15 stories high with all kind of junk and connected to 
each other.  The towers are mounted on railroad cars and rotated by 
locomotive.

I wonder how long it takes to make 1 revolution.  You first have to wake 
up (or dry out?) the engineer.
