I like the idea of public logs...


Just so I understand, what is the purpose for making LCRs public?

Thus far I am opposed to forced public LCRs due to what is probably my 
misunderstanding of what the purpose would be.  My limited knowledge of LCRs leads 
me to believe that the only purpose of public LCRs would be to either a) brag  
about yourself  or b)embarass less skilled ops ... Neither seems to be in the 
best interest of the "whole."   Forced LCRs might actually motivate new/less 
skilled/struggling CW ops to avoid contests for fear of being rediculed.  

 What am I missing?
