[PVRCNC] next sunspot cycle in the news

This NYT article describes a new scientific model predicting the next 
cycle will be strong but  start late and then quotes another scientist 
saying the first guy's model is really cool, but "traditional research" 
says strong cycles start early, not late.  It will be about a year or a 
bit more before we can tell who is right.  Here's the score card: check 
back to it when you realize you're having major fun on 15 meters again:

      National Center for Atmospheric Research model:   Cycle starts 
late 2007 to early 2008

      "Traditional" solar cycle research:    Cycle starts late 2006 to 
early 2007
