[PVRCNC] Pesky Texan Armadillo Chase TOMORROW (WEDNESDAY)

This is posted at the request of soon-to-be PVRCNC - East member N1LN,
Bruce. This may be his last chance to be an Armadillo. Bruce enjoyed the
meeting last week and says he and Laurie may be in Raleigh at the end of
this month and might make his second meeting in April. Highest PVRC NC score
will win a gift certificate to the Armadillo Grill in Raleigh, Wake Forest,
Chapel Hill or (soon opening) in High Point.

Let's chase a few Armadillos tomorrow night!

Get ready - the 6th annual Pesky Texan Armadillo Chase is less than 1 day
away!
days away.

This Wednesday evening, from 20:30 CST - 22:00 CST, the 6th annual Pesky
Texan Armadillo Chase will occur.   This may be the last one as I am moving
to North Carolina so get ready to participate and qualify for your WORKED
ALL ARMADILLOS certificate.

As Spring is here in South Texas so is the potential for thunder and
lightening.   Right now, Wednesday night looks like we are going to be OK,
but for any reason one or more of the Armadillos are not able to get
on-the-air, a SWEEP will be defined as the time it takes to work all
PARTICIPATING Armadillos.    This means SEND IN YOUR LOGS.

The web site instructions and roster are updated.
http://www.w5nc.org/ptac/default.htm   The only big difference this year is
the event is only 1 1/2 hours long and starts 1/2 hour later.   The start
time is 08:30 PM CST so our left coast
participants will actually have some 'post sunset' time.
