[PVRCNC] Laptop display for outdoors?

I bought a top of the line HP - the ZD8000, 17 inch monitor... and no, 
I can't use it outside. I had hoped to be able to but alas...

Otherwise, it's a great machine, of course. But it is a "portable 
desktop", not really a laptop. Which is fine for my uses - I don't 
carry it everywhere I go, but like having the power and convenience of 
a full-size keyboard w/ number pad.
