[PVRCNC] Tower Ordinances in Orange County

Does anyone know what the tower ordinance is for towers in Orange county?
   
  I know someone that wants to move into this area and couldn't find anything on it.
   
  He is mainly looking for a few acres of real estate, but nothing definite yet.
   
  How about the tower ordinance in Chapel Hill or Hillsborough?
   
  Any info, including web sites, would be very helpful.
