[PVRCNC] alternate meeting location for NC East

I agree with Jim and Jeff. An alternate site would spice things up a bit. I
had all intentions of goint to the meeting last week, but I was tired and GC
didn't have enough pull to get me to drive 50 minutes in traffic.

I love attending the meetings, though. I hope to attend the April meeting. I
always have a lot of fun and I believe it is important to attend to keep
attendance and interest up. Back in 2001 and 2002 I couldn't wait until the
next meeting because attendance was so high. Maybe the sunspot cycle has
something to do with that.
