[PVRCNC] June VHF "groundwave" contest

I used to participate in that from FM18 (Bethesda, MD) with fairly
good power and gain, but whenever we pointed south it was almost like
there must be a huge mountain chain blocking signals and we could
never work anyone.  Activity from DC to Massachusetts is great, but
you're right, it's not a very rewarding contest from NC.
