I have DSL-lite for $34.95/mo which includes "Up to 512K download / 128K
upload", 6 email boxes, 5 MB personal Web space, no contract and Dial-up access
from www.portbridge.com .  Fast enough (and cheap enough) for my personal
browsing from home.
