Heard rumors about this but hadn't realized how slow DSL upload speeds 
were.

"Users bump up against upload limits far more frequently. Some 
providers, such as Verizon DSL and Time Warner Cable, have recently 
upgraded their customers to 384-kilobit-per-second uplinks. But most 
broadband users are limited to 256 kilobits per second, and millions 
still chug along at 90 to 128 kilobits per second."

Divide by 10 and this is only 9 kilobytes/second.  1 megbyte files 
would still take almost 2 minutes to upload.  That's no faster than 
dial up.

Does this jibe with you DSL users experience?>
