[PVRCNC] Digital and logging advice

IMHO, for general logging that includes digital modes (PSK31, afsk RTTY with 
MMTTY engine), let me recommend Bob Furzer's "Logger32". Sure, there may be 
some commercial apps that do it better, but you can't beat the price and 
performance of Logger32.
