[PVRCNC] Motherboard advice wanted

Guys,

I'm looking to get into the present from a PC hardware standpoint.
However, I don't think I'm willing to give up all the ISA control
features that 4 com ports 
and 3 LPTs provide.

(Getting into the present from an OS standpoint is another matter...
NOT! WIN98SE suits me just fine)

I came across the following $175 SAYO motherboard.  It has 4PCI/3ISA/1
AGP slots and the following specs.

It appears to be a winner but I'd appreciate your comments.  (don't
like having to buy a 1.5v AGP card)
