[PVRCNC] Meeting location change?

While it has been stated that my approach was ineffective...let me state that I disagree totally. Obviously there is a list of at least 8 points that have been laid out which must be addressed before any change would even be considered for table discussion. How would I have known to cover all 8? That is one reason no leg work was done initially. In my way of thinking...if I had contacted "9" places and was not aware of a particular requirement I'd be right back there again. Also, if for whatever reason...there is resistance to this concept of change... why waste my time pursuing it. If the majority prefers to stay at Crossroads that is fine and discussion can cease. But, since I have never heard this issue come up in any serious discussion, thought I'd throw it out on the table.

We obviously have limitations on where we can meet. No question about that.

So, enough said. If there is interest fine. If the status quo is preferred...fine again.

No group of any value grows or adds any value unless it is open to ideas and change. That is merely what is being attempted in this little "brainstorm session".

However, as stated earlier...even IF someone(myself or another) came forward with a location that met all the requirements as listed in 1-8 of Guy's email....if the group would STILL not want to change locations..why even spend the time that Guy has already stated as being very hard work and time consuming finding a particular site? That my friends would seem to me as being ineffective.

I have not meant to either critize or hit a nerve with anyone on this. It was merely an idea surfaced.
