[Pro2006] Opto 456 help

I have a pro-2006 with an Opto456 board which I installed some time ago. =
 During the install one of the wires had the option of being soldered or =
clipped to the IC chip.=20
I chose to clip it. Now years later I moved and the clip has come off. I =
cannot find my original install instructions so I do not know where to =
attach this clip.

Does any one have the install instructions for the OPTO456.
