The opto boards do go that high sometimes but they seem to be coming down
from that and have seen some for $150.00 or less for full boards, at that
price I think it would be worth it to keep the 2006 it is a great military
air and general scanner, then as he can get the 780 for the turnking

if you have to spend $300 on a opto board i would waste it on a bc780, much
better deal, forget the cell block stuff, not worth it, dead issue in many
