LOL, I had a 04 that hung in there pretty good until the wife knocked it off 
a table several months ago. I opened it up and saw nothing obvious and closed 
it back up and sold it "as is", just wasn't interested enough to mess with 
it. I have been having too much fun with new  (well it seems new, bought it 3 
yrs ago) toy, a TenTec RX320 shortwave.
