I have not built it but have seen it running, I went with a CE/HB-232, that one
does program the scanner but you have to make sure you have set it up
correctly,, also check you wiring, make sure they all go to the right place, if
you are getting wrong key press you maybe have some lines mixed up, if all is
correct then you have the button map wrong.
