Preselector: No, it doesn't have the preselector board installed.

Capacitors: The power supply capacitors were serviced a few years ago. It will likely benefit from a fresh recap and some attention from its next owner.

Location & Shipping: Yes, the receiver is located in Italy. Shipping is no problem at all — I’ve safely packed and shipped several heavy "boat anchors" in the past, and I already have a suitable, sturdy box to ensure it’s fully protected during transit.
